Charge

Investigate methods for delivering returnables and non-returnables directly to patrons. Identify software that allows desktop delivery of materials to BLC patrons. Determine feasibility of such a practice and identify BLC libraries willing to participate in a pilot project. Also, ascertain interest among BLC libraries in delivering returnable items directly to the patron.
