In 2009 the Boston Library Consortium undertook a new strategic plan. After a year of information gathering, discussions, and planning sessions the Board of Directors accepted the following Strategic Plan at their Annual Retreat. The final document can be read below. In order to implement the Strategic Plan, the Boston Library Consortium formed four committees, one for each priority in the plan.
