DIRECTIONS
From Mass Pike, Exit 10:
take I-290 east to exit 21, turn right onto Plantation Street south.
From Mass Pike, Exit 11:
turn left onto Route 122, right onto Sunderland Road, left onto Lake Avenue until you cross Route 9.
From I-495, Exit 23:
take Route 9 west. After crossing the Lake Quinsigamond bridge, take the second right onto Plantation Street.
From I-495, Exit 25:
take I-290 west to exit 22, turn right at end of ramp, at second traffic light turn left onto Plantation Street and proceed south.
Public Transportation:
Worcester is served by Am-track and by Greyhound, Fox Travel and Peter Pan bus companies. Locally, the Worcester Regional Transit Authority's #24 bus [Belmont Street/Lake Avenue] provides service to the UMass Campus. Please call the WRTA at 508/701-9782 for the route and schedule.

REGISTRATION
Upon presentation of the BLC card and a picture ID at the Circulation Desk, a borrower's card will be issued.

Closed January 1, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, December 24, and December 25.

CIRCULATION POLICIES
Books circulate three weeks; audio-visuals, 1 week. One renewal per item is allowed unless the item has been requested by another borrower. Overdue items will not be renewed. Items not returned are billed at current replacement cost plus a handling charge of $25.00. Overdue and lost items result in loss of borrowing privileges until materials are returned or fines paid. Periodicals do not circulate. Card operated photocopy machines are available.
