DIRECTIONS
O'Leary Library is on the south side of the Merrimack River near the corners of Wilder and Pawtucket streets at 61 Wilder Street. Lydon Library is about one mile away, on the north side of the river near the corner of University Avenue and the VFW Highway at 84 University Avenue. The Center for Lowell History houses non-circulating special collections and is located in the Mogan Cultural Center near the Boott Mills in downtown Lowell. REGISTRATION
Consortium borrowers must register at the Circulation Desk located on the first floor of either Lydon or O'Leary library. A valid BLC card is required, along with a picture ID.

HOURS
During Spring and Fall semesters, the usual library hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.- 12:00 a.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 1:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. During intersessions, the libraries close at 5:00 p.m. weekdays and are closed on weekends. The libraries may be closed on the Saturday preceeding a Monday holiday. Visit the website for summer hours.

CIRCULATION POLICIES
Books circulate for 28 days, and may be renewed once for another 28 days unless there is an outstanding request. Renewals may be made in person or online. All books are subject to recall. Up to 10 books may be borrowed at any one time. Overdue fines are $0.10 per day. There is a $65.00 replacement charge and a $25.00 processing charge for lost books. Periodicals and Special Collection materials do not circulate.
