REGISTRATION
First-time Consortium borrowers must register at the Circulation Desk. A picture ID is required along with the Consortium card. The library will issue its own Special Borrower's Card.

CIRCULATION POLICIES
Books circulate for four weeks and may be renewed, by phone or in person, unless requested by another borrower. A fine of $0.25 per day per book is charged for overdue books.
